Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and tags included. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at Iamcedricpowell@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package, including the return address.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change-of-mind returns (wrong choice, no longer needed, etc.): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we've got you covered. Contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — in most cases without requiring you to ship the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Low-Value Items
For some lower-priced items, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned. We'll let you know if this applies when you contact us.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened software, used charging cables, and items damaged through misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return. Sale or clearance items are final sale unless defective.
Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To exercise this right, notify us at Iamcedricpowell@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will refund the full purchase price, including original standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of shipment. Items must be returned in resalable condition; we may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
